Join us for a special Self-Care Sunday designed to nourish your body, create meaningful connection, and give back to women and families impacted by breast cancer.

This isn’t just another wellness event.

It’s an afternoon to move your body, slow down, meet good people, enjoy a little pampering, and practice self-care with purpose.

We’ll start with gentle yoga flow by Kellie Sabas (starts at 1pm at the park) a fun, accessible movement experience designed to get your body moving and your energy flowing.

🔥 RESTORE

Enjoy a 40-minute sauna session at Perspire Sauna Studio.

You’ll have time to unplug, sweat, breathe and simply be.

Guests will rotate through the sauna experience, so everyone gets their dedicated 40-minute session.

• Infrared Sauna – Full-spectrum infrared heat helps create a deep, relaxing sweat while supporting circulation, muscle relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness. Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared heat warms the body more directly, allowing guests to enjoy the experience at a more comfortable temperature.
• Red Light Therapy – Medical-grade red and near-infrared light therapy is designed to support cellular wellness and the body’s natural recovery processes. It is commonly used as part of wellnessroutines focused on skin health, recovery, and overall vitality.
• Contrast Therapy – Our SNØ Shower provides a cold-water experience with temperatures as low as 45°F, paired with a rainfall shower. Contrast therapy can be a refreshing way to support circulation, recovery, alertness, and the feeling of rejuvenation after a sauna session.
• Halotherapy  – Our optional halotherapy add-on uses a fine salt aerosol in a relaxing environment. Salt therapy is commonly incorporated into wellness routines to support respiratory comfort and skin wellness while providing a calming experience.
• Entertainment – Guests can enjoy Netflix, Hulu, meditation content, and more during their private session.
• Towel Service – Fresh towels are provided throughout the experience, including our signature cold eucalyptus towels and essential-oil-infused towels for an extra refreshing touch.

Our goal is to give guests a private, personalized wellness experience where they can relax, recharge, and explore different ways to support their overall well-being.
