Dr. Julie Arellano has a background in psychology and psychiatry. While her decision to study medicine marked a departure from her love of the arts, life has come full circle as she now embraces both.
Her transition from clinical practice has evolved into the healing arts — through experiential workshops, retreats, nature-inspired experiences, storytelling, fashion, music, and educational programs — all designed to connect directly to the heart.
Beyond the essential biological and physical interventions, her work focuses on healing at the level of consciousness. Redefining norms and beliefs, shifting paradigms, and discovering one’s true self are central to her transformative approach.
From fixing to seeing.
From surviving to being.
From fragmentation to integration.
Her work is for ALL, in honor of ALL — including herself.
But it is especially her chosen contribution to the medical community: to support doctors and all healthcare workers who serve on the front lines of care. They, too, are in need of the very kindness they offer others.
Because genuine kindness is medicine — for ALL.
