Trained as a journalist, Valerie stopped in her well-worn rut about 10 years ago when she happened upon the Willow System and experienced its circular, feminine, You-focused art of healing. No matter the pain or quagmire, its techniques efficiently and effectively help people get unstuck and create fluid, forward movement in their lives – body, mind and soul!
