Liscia, who founded Dancing Hands Bodywork in 2005, also teaches a daily live-on-line mindful movement class that blends gentle yoga, Qi Gong, Breathwork, and intuitive movement explorations, as well as mindfulness meditation for those looking to cultivate a personal meditation practice. Liscia’s background in holistic health studies, restorative yoga practices, breath work, and meditation help her to offer a wide range of techniques that reduce stress and optimize an experience of wholeness.
Liscia loves guiding people into their bodies through the joy of movement and the healing power of breath, connection and self care.
Her Dancing Hands Bodywork offers therapeutic massage & somatic bodywork, teams of massage therapists for special events, & chair massage programs for the workplace.
Outside of work, Liscia loves spending time with family and friends, hiking and relaxing in nature, traveling, exploring self expression and creativity through the arts, dance and music, cooking and baking, reading books and watching movies.
