their potential to lead and work with compassion and wisdom. This leads to higher engagement, resilience, and performance.
Cheryl found the courage to leave her corporate career in 2022 and start Simply Pause.
Simply Pause specializes in designing and facilitating programs for employees and leaders in organizations to develop quality attention to learning how to pause and build awareness while attending to themselves with compassion, resulting in increased focus, connection and effective communication ultimately fostering enhanced organizational performance.
Cheryl lives a joyful life, living her core values. She engages in meaningful work and spends time with her wonderful husband and two adult daughters in sunny San Diego. She also loves playing tennis, hiking, cooking, reading, and connecting with friends.
