Abby Williams is the creator of Social Change Butterfly, a conscientious brand of handmade jewelry, boho home decor and inspirational gifts. A portion of the proceeds are donated to the nonprofit that Abby founded with her husband in 2007, Lantern Hill, an organization that feeds and educates children in poverty in Baja CA, Mexico.

Abby has a B.A. in Spanish and Theatre, traveled throughout Latin America and landed in Mexico for seven years where she and her husband adopted five Mexican siblings and then were surprised with a baby. After raising 6 children and running an organization, Abby was inspired  to teach overachieving women how to care for themselves.

Currently, Abby lives in San Diego. When she is not creating, she is working as the Executive Director of Lantern Hill, traveling & speaking, leading volunteer groups to Mexico and leading Women’s Wellness  Retreats worldwide. She encourages people to follow their calling, live a life of joy and service by caring first for self, so that we can care for world.
